Mr. Richard Cohen of School Mediation Associates will present an information session which will be followed by a live chat question and answer session. His topic is "Developing Conflict Resolution Skills in Youth: Lessons from Peer Mediation"

Communicate from your desktop-there is no software to install or purchase.  Simply sign in to Wayne State University's secure web conferencing tool a few minutes in advance. If you want to use the voice chat, you will need a headset with microphone or a laptop with a noise canceling mic built-in.  Instructions will be provided to participants via e-mail address provided at registration in a confirmation e-mail prior to the date of the event.
