Margaret, a distinguished educator, school administrator, mediator and consultant has 37 years of experience in Conflict Resolution Management Skills. She was centrally involved in the recent San Antonio CRETE training. During the interview she talks about the successes, trials and tribulations in trying to establish programs to bring Conflict Resolution programs to schools and communities.
