- Lead mediator
- In a co-mediation situation, the mediator who leads or has the most authority to guide the mediation process
- Legitimate power
- Influence we have because of our formal position or role
- Limbic system
- the part of the brain that is associated with instinctive survival impulses
- Listening
- the process of receiving, attending to, and assigning meaning to aural stimuli
- Low-context (LC) communication
- a message in which the mass of the information is vested in the explicit code, used to define cultures in communication
