Conflict Resolution Day Video Contest for College Students
The Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) has been hosting the annual Conflict Resolution Day celebration since 2005, and this year is bound to be better than ever. College students are being encouraged to create 2-minute videos exploring the power of conflict resolution. In return, in addition to fame and promotion of a good cause, the First Place winner gets a paid registration to the ACR annual conference OR a paid year's membership in ACR and $250 cash (US) and Second Place gets $100 cash (US). Seems like a good opportunity for all those creative conflict studies students out there. Videos need to be submitted between September 1 and October 1, 2009. Get the contest rules here and a flyer for promoting the event here. For further information potential contestants can e-mail videocontest@ACRnet.org
